Stabilization & Reclamation Container

Service Description

A 1:1 Supportive Healing Container for Survivors of Domestic Violence and Abuse, Sexual Assault, and Childhood Abuse and Neglect. Stabilization & Reclamation is a gentle, trauma-informed, one-to-one support offering for people who have experienced domestic violence, coercive control, or ongoing abuse. This work is designed for survivors who are no longer in immediate danger and are seeking to rebuild internal safety, agency, and self-trust — without being asked to relive or retell what happened. Rather than focusing on trauma stories or analysis, sessions are oriented toward present-time stabilization and nervous system support. The work is paced slowly, consent is prioritized at every step, and nothing is forced, extracted, or interpreted. This is not therapy and does not require diagnosis or disclosure. It is an advocacy-aligned, non-clinical container that supports survivors in reconnecting with their bodies, boundaries, choices, and sense of self after coercion. The focus is simple and profound: coming back into yourself safely. Each of the containers are 4 sessions long. You can choose to complete the Stabilization Container alone or continue for an additional 4 sessions to complete the Restoration Container. Sliding scale opportunities are available. Sessions can be held virtually worldwide or in-person if in the Denver Metro Area of Colorado.
